There has been a lot going on behind the scenes here are UA, and today is the day that everyone’s hard work comes to fruition! We are delighted to debut our 2016 spring catalog with Miss Colorado, Kelley Johnson, RN, gracing its cover.
You probably recognize her as the incredible nurse and second runner-up at the Miss America 2016 Pageant, who gave a voice to nurses all over with her monologue about what it means to be more than “just a nurse”. Kelley’s passion for her profession and her call to bring more recognition to the work that nurses perform really resonated with the admiration UA also has for nurses. We couldn’t think of a better representative of our brand than Kelley, so we asked her to form a partnership to continue to shine a light on the extraordinary and valuable work done by nurses every day.

Did you get a chance to see Miss America on Sunday?? Congratulations to Miss Georgia from the Peaches State! Miss Colorado, Kelley Johnson did her profession proud on Sunday night when she spoke about what nursing represents, instead of doing the usual song and dance repertoires done by contestants.
