How to Stay Warm If You Wear Scrubs To Work
Layers are the key.
If you are always cold at work and you wear scrubs, there are so many layering options to keep you warm during a long shift. Consider working in one or more of the following pieces:

I wash my hands a lot. I wear 3/4 length sleeve shirt under my scrub top. Stay warm and no wet sleeves. I also will wear thin leggings under my scrub pants. Our building stays cool all the time.
