Happy Friday, Everyone! And it is a Happy Friday for us here at UA indeed, thanks to an incredibly appreciative email from one of our loyal customers. In light of the fact that this past Wednesday was “Power of Smile Day,” a smile came to our faces when the following email was sent to our customer service department this week:
“Guys, I just wanted to tell everyone out there that the service that Uniform Advantage provides is 2nd to none. I am a regular customer, who made a regular purchase but was truly treated with utmost respect. I did have a minor problem with my order, I then contacted Uniform Advantage late one night (which I believe was after hours) but to my surprise I received a well respected and delighted response within a few moments. My order was corrected, my appreciation was respected and I had a new order being sent out just as fast as it took me to type this email. I will continue to use this company and I also recommend this company to others.
