my career in nursing spans 40 years and during all of the various fields my one most important thought is to treat every patient and family member the way you would like to be treated and you will most often be the one rewarded!
I love being a nurse manager because the position gives me an opportunity to apply my expertise in managing my staff and unit while maintaining high standard of care to my patients.
