Uniform Advantage participated in the 2009 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Broward walk on Saturday October 10, 2009. Our company will be accepting donations the entire month of October for this great cause. Our team has raised over $2,000 dollars this year and UA has dedicated to match our total donations up to $5,000 dollars. If you would like to donate under our team please click here.

The American Cancer Society  states 192,370 new cases of invasive breast cancer and 40,170 deaths so far this year. It’s the most common cancer among women, other than skin cancer in United States. The good news is the death rate is going down, as a result of testing earlier and better treatment options. In the United States, there are about 2.5 million breast cancer survivors!

As an apparel company dedicated to the medical profession, we urge everyone to get involved. Wear pink nursing uniforms, or the pink ribbons indicating your awareness and support for our fellow sisters.
